Human Classification (Part 1)
Finally, it has been 20 days since we started developing a product that our colleagues in the R&D department have been working on for a long time. This product is similar to those used by large companies to improve their sales and services, but we are designing it to be applicable in all professions, websites, and businesses—a versatile product.
HumanClassification (customers, users, …)
Do you know the importance of this topic? Surely you do, because in your daily life, you constantly use this concept and categorize the people around you in your mind, often without even realizing it. For example, you think about who you can travel with over the weekend, or whether to share a particular comment in your group of friends, or whom you can tell an important piece of news to.
In short, this happens to you in various forms every day. Now, we want to present this concept to you in the form of a product that allows you to categorize your customers, website users, or any group of people with minimal information. This way, you can allocate better and more appropriate services or products to each group, make specific service recommendations to certain users, and run your advertising campaigns more effectively and cost-efficiently, achieving better results.
When you can categorize effectively, you will achieve the best outcomes.
As I mentioned, we needed to develop a method that has greater applicability to various sites and businesses. Finally, we have reached good results that have kept us busy planning for the past 20 days.
In future posts, I will explain how this system works and the methods others use…
